This is our most economical door opener but still as strong as the rest. We use the same 6000 series Char-Lynn motor made by Eaton to turn the Capstan. This unit will tie into your hydraulic system via the utility connectors and will be operated by the driver from his seat.

A flow control on the Demon will regulate the flow to 2 gpm. Most forklifts operate above our desired flow and this is usually not a problem. You might check this before purchasing a unit.

The Demon will turn at 12 rpm; the shaft length is totally manufactured to your need. We will make it fit on any forklift, it’s not that hard.

This application is not for everyone, but we sell a fair amount to solve selected problems.
