Which product is best for me?
The best product is that which your facility has the power to run. Many plants are limited to the source of their power. The second consideration is strain to the total system. A third consideration is the environment both internal and external to the plant (i.e. humdity).

What about a moving capstan on the gate?
We have several units where the wheels turn to move with the capstan.

How long will the DC battery last?
This depends on the size and condition of the doors. The recharge is 4 hours maximum and the charger can be left connected for extended periods of time.

How high does the drive shaft move?
Our normal unit will range from 6 inches to 18 inches. We can increase or decrease the range if needed.

Which is more powerful, pneumatic or electric?
They both do the job. The decision depends upon which power source is better for you.

How fast will the Demon open a door?
Most units will run about 10-12 rpm.

Can I change the rpm of the output shaft?
All units are variable speed up to a maximum of 10-12 rpm. They are also instantly reversible.

How do I get replacement parts?
We use national brands, such as Globe and Eaton. If parts are not available in your town then we have them on our shelves!

How long does it take for delivery?
